2nd Paris-Saclay Junior Conference on Computational Biology

The Psay-CompBio consortium is organizing for the second year a Junior Conference on Computational Biology which will take place on November 14, 2018 in building 338 of the Paris-Sud university campus.

The Junior Conference is a unique opportunity for PhD students and postdoc to meet their peers and present they work to an audience of computational biologists and bioinformaticians from the Paris-Saclay campus and wider Paris.

The conference is open to all areas of computational biology, including RNA/protein structure prediction, phylogenetic analysis, omics, NGS data analysis, gene networks and systems biology.
We strongly encourage all PhD/postdoc level computational biologists to submit abstracts for oral presentation.

Two keynote lectures given by Guillaume Bouvier (Institut Pasteur, Paris) and William Ritchie (Intitute of Human Genetics, Montpellier) will complete the day.

Registration to the conference is free but mandatory, on a "first come, first served" basis for up to 100 participants.

Please visit the conference website for registration and abstract submission :
