3rd edition of the Junior Conference in Computational Biology

For the 3rd consecutive year, the I2BC organized a Junior Conference in Computational Biology as part of the Psay-CompBio initiative supported by the University of Paris-Saclay.
This event was held on November 13, 2019 at the Colloque building on the Paris-Sud university campus.

The aim of this conference is to allow young researchers from the Ile-de-France area to present their work. For its third edition, the Junior Conference in Computational Biology brought together over 80 participants, who came to listen to the presentations of thirteen doctoral and post-doctoral students. Two plenary lectures given by Eduardo Rocha (Institut Pasteur, Paris) and Adrien Melquiond (University of Utrecht, Netherlands) completed this day, which was divided into three sessions : Genome analysis, Structural Bioinformatics and Integrative Biology - Network Biology.
