Integrity of genome and polarity in bacteria

Our lab is interested in subcellular and functional organization of bacterial cells. We study factors and mechanisms that play important roles on vertical and horizontal gene transfers.

Our study on conjugative plasmid transfer, in collaboration with Dr. Christian Lesterlin (Lyon) has published in Nucleic Acids Research.
